Friday Thread: Royals at Blue Jays

Happy Cueto Day!

David Richard-USA TODAY Sports

Royals fans have been waiting for this day all...week?

Newly acquired Johnny Cueto will make his Royals debut tonight at Rogers Centre when Kansas City takes on Toronto. The Royals' new ace, 7-6 with a 2.62 ERA thus far in 2015, takes the hill attempting to help his team buck a two-game losing streak.

The Royals will start Alex Rios in right field and bat him eighth, but other than that, they'll roll out the same defensive lineup from yesterday. Ben Zobrist will bat sixth and start for the second straight day in left field.

Happy Cueto Day! (Please don't give up three bombs)
