YOU be the GM!

The off-season will soon be upon us and we all know Dayton Moore likes to strike early. So what would be your plan for the Royals going into this winter? How do you get the 81-81 Royals back in the playoffs for another post-season run?

The Royals have four mutual options to decide on, although need to exercise the option as well: Luke Hochevar ($7 million), Kris Medlen ($10 million), Kendrys Morales ($11 million), Edinson Volquez ($10 million)

The Royals have two free agents: Drew Butera and Peter Moylan

The Royals must decide whether or not to make a $17.2 million Qualifying Offer to any free agents.

The Royals have eight arbitration-eligible players they need to decide whether or not to tender contracts to: Tony Cruz, Tim Collins, Danny Duffy, Jarrod Dyson, Dillon Gee, Kelvin Herrera, Eric Hosmer, Daniel Nava,

Here is what the 2017 payroll looks like with arbitration salary estimates.

Here is what the 40-man roster currently looks like.

What is your off-season plan? Would you make Qualifying Offers to Morales or Volquez? Would you trade Cheslor Cuthbert or Hunter Dozier to address other needs? Would you trade Wade Davis to save money? What do you do about designated hitter next season?
