Finally, the Royals are in action!

Peter G. Aiken-USA TODAY Sports

For Kansas City, Yordano Ventura will make his season debut. After a rough 2015, Ventura looks to solidify his place atop the Royals rotation with a big 2016 season.

Opposing him will be Ervin Santana, the former Royal who enters his second season as the Twins' ace. Santana pitched in just two innings in his season debut on Monday because of a rain delay.

Finally, baseball will be played on a regular basis! Enjoy the season, Royals fans!
