Owning the second-best record in baseball - half a game worse than the Chicago Cubs - the Montreal Expos Washington Nationals visit Kauffman Stadium tonight for the first of a three-game set between them and the reigning World Champion Kansas City Royals.

Facing the left-handed Gio Gonzalez, Ned Yost has opted to give Mike Moustakas and Jarrod Dyson the night off. This will be Mike Moustakas's second day off in the season with the seldom used Christian Colon getting the start at third base today.
