The Royals will stick with their rotation in this series except they will push Ian Kennedy back to Monday against Tampa Bay. That means that Danny Duffy will now pitch on Friday, Yordano Ventura on Saturday, and Edinson Volquez on Sunday. The White Sox will bump their rotation back, meaning that Miguel Gonzalez will pitch on Friday, Carlos Rodon on Saturday, and Mat Latos on Sunday. The Royals will miss Chris Sale, who is 9-1 with a 2.26 ERA this year.
As for the weather the rest of this weekend....
Ugh, we may not see much baseball.
