After a brief one-game reprieve in Seattle, the Royals re-entered the desert of no runs scored against the Nationals. It would be super awesome if the Royals scored more runs than the other team. That way, they get a win instead of a loss. You come here for the hot takes, and I deliver them.
Unfortunately, Mike Moustakas will be out of the lineup. The Royals will have to rely on struggling hitters Alcides Escobar, Lorenzo Cain, and company to score more runs than the other team. Christian Colon will start at third base in place of Moustakas.
Chris Young will start for the Royals against Daddy Roark for the Nationals.
