The Royals added their latest draft pick to the organization last night. Maybe he'll be an All-Star! But what if it is with a different organization?

Sometimes there are players that get away. There have been fifteen players drafted by the Royals that have gone on to become All-Stars with other teams. Some of them were All-Stars with the Royals as well. But some never even played for the Royals. For the purposes of this quiz, we are not counting players drafted by the Royals that did not sign, guys like Will Clark, Frank Viola, and Deion Sanders. These are only players the Royals once had in their system, but watched become All-Stars elsewhere. How many can you name?
