Well its time to play out the string. The Royals have nothing to play for other than finishing with a winning record, so that means the stakes are low enough that Salvador Perez can actually get the day off.

It is Duffy Day, the last of the year, although Danny has been scuffling a bit lately with a 6.49 ERA over his last six starts. He goes against former Mizzou pitcher Kyle Gibson.
