Salvador Perez is not only a Gold Glove winner, All-Star, and World Series MVP, but he is a social media superstar. He has been recognized for this before, getting nominated for an Esurance MLB Award for Social Media, and it appears Salvy is stepping up his game this off-season.
Salvador has posted a couple of funny and heartwarming videos on Instagram lately. The first, shows his new principe or “prince” of his life, his new son Johann Salvador Perez.
It also looks like Salvy took some time to get together with teammates Eric Hosmer, Jason Vargas, and of course, his hermanito Lorenzo Cain. The Salvy/Lorenzo bromance lives on as Salvy finds new ways to bother his centerfielder.
The last video is heartwarming, particularly for anyone who has been away from their child. Salvador surprises his son, Salvador Jr., to the delight of the young boy.
