No April Fools: you’ve reached the last game of Spring Training!
Disappointingly, there are no good pictures of Odor punching Bautista in our archives so you get to gaze upon Rusty’s glorious mane. Quite the consolation prize.
The Rangers and Royals have met a number of times already this spring:
- Feb 25 at Surprise Royals @ Rangers Royals win 7-5
- Feb 26 at Surprise Rangers @ Royals Rangers win 6-4
- Mar 29 at Surprise Rangers @ Royals They Tie 0-0 (huh)
- Mar 31 at Globe Life Park Royals @ Rangers Rangers win 3-0
- Today April 1 at Globe Life Park TBD
If they counted exhibition games, the Royals could be fighting for the Cactus League crown. But, as these games don’t count, the Royals officially finished in 3rd behind the Angels and Mariners.
