MLB Draft 2017: Royals Draft Day 2 schedule, picks, tracker

Today is the day the scouring department really earns its pay. The first rounders taken on the first day are well known to most, and tomorrow will mostly be fliers taken on players, but today is where franchises get built. The Royals will select rounds three through ten today, rounds where they found players like Danny Duffy, Wil Myers, Whit Merrifield, Greg Holland, Mike Sweeney, David DeJesus, David Cone, Tom Gordon, Bo Jackson, and Mike MacFarlane.

Day two of the draft begins today at noon CT. The draft will not be televised, but you can follow along at MLB.com. The Royals will have the 15th pick in every round.
