The Astros are good. Very good. The Royals are bad. Very bad.
But baseball is funny. Remember the time Runelvys Hernandez outdueled Roy Halladay? In small sample sizes anything can happe. There’s no reason this team can’t go out and win two out of three this weekend. Okay, maybe win one game and lose close? Okay, how bout we will at least score a run past the sixth inning this weekend? Is that possible?
Alcides Escobar makes his first Major League start in centerfield tonight, in an unfamiliar ballpark with a flyball pitcher on the mound, which should work out great. Ian Kennedy vs. Dallas Keuchel with sterlingice in attendance representing the Royals!
