Welcome to SB Nation FanPulse, a survey of fans across MLB. Each week, we send 30 polls to plugged in fans from each team. Royals fans, sign up HERE to join FanPulse.

Snapping a ten-game losing streak and sweeping the Cleveland Indians has renewed some confidence in the Royals, according to our latest FanPulse results. When we asked our Fanpulse fans how they felt about the direction of the franchise, 61 percent said they felt confident about the direction of the franchise following the weekend sweep, up from 53 percent when the team was still mired in a ten-game losing streak.

Confidence in Ned Yost is still holding pretty steady at 71 percent, about the same as it was last week, when it was 70 percent.

We also asked all SB Nation Fanpulse fans how they felt about all these long-term deals players were signing, and they felt that teams get the better end of these deals.

Remember, you can sign up to participate in the FanPulse surveys at this link! Surveys will go out each week and only take a few minutes to complete. Check back next week for more FanPulse results!
