It’s trade season, folks! Homer Bailey’s gone! Martin Maldonado’s gone! Who’s next? Who knows!

Either way, it’s time to face the Chicago White Sox again. Seems like the Kansas City Royals have faced them roughly 15,481 times already this season, but it is what it is. Divisional foe and such. Tonight, Glenn Sparkman will take the mound for the Royals. Bubba Starling will return to the lineup. Cam Gallagher gets the start, and we’ll be seeing a lot more of him going forward.

Meanwhile, the White Sox will send top prospect Dylan Cease to the mound in his second big league start. Cease came over to the South Side in the haul they received for Jose Quintana. Cease is talented and has an 80-grade last name.

Let’s do this thang.
