The Braves are in town, and it is fitting they are as Ned Yost embarks on his final week as a manager. Yost began his career as a coach with the Braves, the same organization that employed an executive named Dayton Moore who tearfully reflected on his past with Yost in a press conference today.
Today’s Braves have one of the brightest stars in the game in Ronald Acuña Jr., who you will be reminded several times today, was almost a part of the Royals organization. Hearing that is like having your heart stabbed repeatedly.
