Can the Rays clinch a pennant today?

The Astros avoided a sweep yesterday, but the Rays can finish the job and clinch their second pennant in club history with a win today. It will be a unconventional pitching matchup today with releiver John Curtiss starting for the Rays as an opener, and rookie Luis Garcia, who had not pitched above low-A ball before this year, going for the Astros. Game time is at 4:07 CT on TBS.

The Braves will hope for a better start today after giving up 11 first inning runs in a blowout loss in Game 3 to the Dodgers. They still lead the series 2-1, but the Dodgers have some momentum now and will have ace Clayton Kershaw on the mound against rookie Bryse Wilson. Kershaw was scratched from Game 2 with back spasms, and he has had some post-season difficulties that the Braves would like to take advantage of. The game airs at 7:08 CT on FOX.
