Welcome to SB Nation Reacts (formerly known as SB Nation Fanpulse), a survey of fans across MLB. Each week, we send 30 polls to plugged in fans from each team. Royals fans, sign up HERE to join SBN Reacts.

We are nearly to the post-season, and while there was some thought that anything could happen in a shortened season, the cream has still risen to the top. Still, there have been a few surprises, so we asked our SBN respondents which team they felt was the surprise team that was the biggest threat to win it all.

We also asked each fanbase if they felt their team was a championship contender.

Wow, critical spirits.

The fans are at least pretty confident in the direction of the franchise.

We also asked fans what they thought about the post-season “bubble” players will play in.

With seven-inning doubleheaders now a thing this year, we also asked if a pitcher that tosses seven no-hit innings should have it count in the record books. Hey, Brady Singer could do it!

Remember, you can sign up to participate in SBN Reacts surveys at this link! Surveys will go out each week and only take a few minutes to complete. Check back next week for more SBN Reacts results!
